After I did this completely random mani it reminded me of an itsy bitsy teenie weenie yellow polka dot bikini :) I used OPI's The "It" Color and Stripe Rite's black.
I started off trying to do dots in a pattern and decided it just looked unfinished so I just dotted the entire nail.
